Your Journey to Body Transformation

#Lesson 1/Part 1: Nutrition and Food

What is the best diet plan for you?

As a coach I get a lot of questions during client’s consultation. People always ask which diet plan I should follow Paleo, Low carb diet, intermittent fasting, High protein diet or vegan. Will I be going through a strict and regimental diet plan during my body transformation process? What kind of diet plan would you give me?

Here’s the answer; there’s no single and absolutely the best diet for every person to follow, always and forever.

Because we are all unique individual:

Body type: some clients are tall and thin, short and stocky, others tall and big.

Dietary preferences & exclusions: Some clients love eating a lot of meats every day, some clients prefer less meats.

Budget: Some clients have low budget and some clients with unlimited budget.

Organic/conventional: Some clients eating only boxed and package food and some clients eating natural and organic whole food.

Nutrition/knowledge: Some clients have some knowledge, some clients follow a certain dietary practice, and some clients have little nutrition knowledge.

Time: Some clients have a busy work schedule and some clients with lots of free time to devote in their health and fitness.

Culture differences: Some clients come from different nationality and culture background that influence habitual consumptions of certain foods and in traditions of preparations.

You see,

There is no single absolutely one best diet for every unique individual like you.

So how?

Let me help you to find the right one from the above mention.

The most effective nutrition plan is to:

Raise awareness and attention simply paying more attention to what you eat is the first step in nutrition whether your goal is to lose fat, get lean, build muscle or improve health. Be more mindful on what you are eating is more important than the food itself – what to eat and what not to eat.

Focus on quality of food minimal processed food and more nutrient rich food.

Regular exercise people who start to focus more nutrition will also start focusing on physical activity too. Resistance training can help to build lean muscle and increase metabolism.
