Janet Lee is the founder of Fitness Lifestyle Performance (FLP), a Strength & Conditioning Coach, former Personal Trainer, and former Military Police Specialist in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). An avid martial artist and powerlifting athlete, Janet has worked with a diverse range of individuals, from everyday fitness enthusiasts seeking to improve their health and fitness to athletes striving to enhance their sporting performance.

Throughout her career, she has delivered training and coaching services for various schools, organisations, and corporations, including Singapore Polytechnic, Admiralty Primary School, Raffles Institution, Nanyang Girls’ High School, CapitaLand, Shell Singapore, STMicroelectronics Singapore, SAF Home of Artillery, and the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

In addition to her experience in commercial and boutique fitness facilities as a personal trainer, Janet has worked within an international school environment as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, supporting varsity youth athletes across multiple sports including rugby, baseball, softball, touch rugby, and badminton.

Her coaching philosophy combines evidence-based strength and conditioning principles, nutrition coaching, and individualised programming to help clients improve their fitness, lifestyle, and performance. Whether working with members of the general population or competitive athletes, Janet focuses on delivering practical, sustainable, and measurable results tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.
