A. Personal Training & Sessions Packages

  1. It is the responsibility of the client to do all the necessary to fully understand the terms of this agreement.
  1. Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
  1. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
  1. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions from the date of the contract. Personal training sessions are void after this time period.
  1. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
  1. Participate the Assessment Process or any other Screening that the Trainer deems relevant or sufficient to clear the Client for training.
  1. Dress appropriately and in comfortable attire which allows you to perform the training.
  1. Bring any medications that may become necessary throughout your personal training.

B. What You Can Expect From Your Trainer

  1. Trainers will utilize their skills, knowledge and experience to prepare and conduct the training session that will take into account of client’s goal, fitness level, ability and preferences as well as any injuries or limitations that has identified by clients.
  1. The role of the trainer is to provide coaching, supervision, educating and support to client in progression and achieve their goals.
  1. Trainer will prepare a structure training plan/ nutrition advice and guidance will be given to client based on the information gathered from PAR-Q and Assessment Process conducted at the initial stage.
  1. Client progress will be closely monitored, and training program and nutrition plan will be adjusted accordingly.
  1. All personal information given by client will be kept private and confidential. However, for instances relating to health concerns, trainer may require to disclose some information to Allied Health Professions for advice, referrals or second-opinions.
  1. Trainers are not registered or accredited practicing dietitian or nutritionist. Any nutrition advice should be taken as general advice and guidance, which is not intended to be replacement of any professional medical advice.

ONLINE SERVICES

  1. Clients purchase services online agree to all Terms & Conditions with the following.

  • Online Coaching
  • Programs
  • Any other products or service available for purchase online Via Website.
  1. It is up to the customer to take all reasonable steps to ensure that they fully understand what is involved in a product or service offered online, including but not limited to:
  • Directly contacting Fitness Lifestyle Performance, and
  • Reading the product descriptions accurately, and
  • Read any Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or other agreements that is related to a product or service.
  1. Payments are to be made online and in accordance with any third parties Terms & Conditions.
  2. Online sales may incur a processing fee to cover any costs associated with taking, processing and fulfilling a purchase made and costs associated with any required technology used by us to provide you with the products or service.
  3. Online coaching is non-transferable, refund is only within 30 days by written email and approval.
  4. Online programs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
