FLP Transformation Program will help you set the foundation in your health and fitness journey. Whether you are looking for fat loss, muscle building or gain strength.
We will help you define your goals and create the right training, nutrition and/or supplements recommendation if needed. We dive deeper into your past/current lifestyle, health status, stress management, sleep, exercise history and dietary preferences. And create a customised result-focused program that will be deliver over 12 weeks, however due to individual circumstances may take a longer time.

Our nutrition guidance will help you to made better choice and prepare meals with no counting calories or restricting your diets and still allows you to eat the food you enjoy while constantly getting results.

Our client age 49 here has been training with us for 3x / week under our Personal Training Transformation Program. Before she started with us, she had never lifted weights, and had struggled with mobility & strength. We have been strengthening her upper body & back to improve her posture.
We started working on her dumbbell goblet squats, and have since progressed into barbell squats with weights within 4 months training. She can now perform a full deep squat with full range of movement with strength.
