Janet focus on improving my strength, she also curated exercises to fix my existing issues that I have such as my form and technique. I have benefited the additional mobility exercises that she given to me. It helps me to prevent injuries in future as I am a frequent spartan racer. She was very attentive and her training was personalised to meet my goals.
